Generally speaking, there are 2 ways for delivery:
1. Air parcel
Air post parcels are divided into “surface mail” and “registered mail”. Registered mail will have a tracking number with which you could learn about the status of your order. Usually these packages are transported by air first and then by land, so it will be a little bit slow. In most cases it will take 15 business days to reach North America, 10 to 20 business days to reach Europe, and 15 to 25 business days to reach Australia.

2.Express mail (EMS/UPS/TNT/FedEx)
Express mail is totally air transport. You need to pay extra money to choose it. If you choose it, we will track the order for you and give you the notice of its recent status. Usually it will take 4 to 7 business days for the package to reach North America and 5 to 10 business days to reach South America. High quality product is suggested to choose this delivery method.

Orders over USD $20 will be provided with free tracking numbers.
if less than $20 USD, Surface mail without tracking No., but a tracking No. ( cost about 2.00 USD) is strongly recommended for the safe delivery of the packages.

All products will be subject to strict quality test to make sure that the products sent to customers are qualified. Taking complex international transportation situation into consideration, we cannot assure you that all packages will arrive on time. We shall greatly appreciate it if you could understand us if the package has been delayed to a certain extent.
I. DELIVERY AND INFORMATION PROVIDING
Please input correct information when placing orders. We won’t shoulder any responsibility If a delivering failure is caused by incorrect information has been provided. If you receive less or wrong products, please provide the necessary proofs for us to confirm and find out the problems. Otherwise we won’t be dealing with the problem.

For surface mail without tracking No., if you didn’t receive your package within 45 business days after shipment, please inform us of your order information, order number, email address, and so on. After finding out the reasons, we will deal with it according to the related policies. If it is caused by our or logistic company’s fault indeed, we would offer you a full refund or resend the package for free.

If it is because of the factors of the transportation or custom house(detained or returned), and you want a resend, the resend postage should be paid by you. If you would like a refund, the postage we send the package should be deducted from the refund. If it is because of the factors of unclaimed or other factors caused by you,  the condition is also the same as above.

Registered mail is not subject to the above policy. We can resend for free or full refund if a registered mail not received. Here we also recommend you of choosing registered mail when you want to ensure the package won’t be lost.

J. RETURN AND REFUND
If the package is returned for the reasons of incorrect information left by the customer or rejection, or because it is unclaimed, we only return part of the money. If you ask for a full refund, we would deduct the shipping fee. If you require resending the package, you may have to pay the shipping fee again. (The shipping fee is calculated according to the current market price) If you are not satisfied with our products, please return it within a week. We could give you the refund or a brand new product. However, please make sure that the package meets the following requirements: First of all, the product hasn’t been used, quality problems not included. Furthermore there is no quality problem due to abuse or misuse. What’s more, the outer package hasn’t been damaged or contaminated. Unfortunately, we can’t bear the shipping fee for you.
